Terms of Service

HaulBoss TMS is provided to trucking companies under their subscription agreement. Each company is responsible for the data it enters and for obtaining consent before texting its own drivers. Driver text programs run by a carrier through HaulBoss follow that company's SMS terms (linked from that company's pages): message frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

The HaulBoss iPhone app (bundle id com.haulbosstms.app) is part of the same service and is covered by these terms and the Privacy Policy. You need an account your company already created. Subscriptions are sold on the website, not inside the app. Upload only documents you are allowed to share with your carrier.

SMS program

Program name: HaulBoss TMS Load Shipment Updates. HaulBoss TMS sends transactional load and shipment status notifications. Text LOAD to +1 (435) 466-5180 to receive Load Shipment Updates from HaulBoss TMS.

Message frequency: Up to 4 msgs/month.

Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.

Help: Reply HELP for help. Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
