Everything from rate con to paid
Two-sided loads
The shipper's rate and the carrier's pay live on the same load, with the margin in dollars and percent.
Carrier payables
See who is unpaid, how old the bill is, and which loads the customer already paid.
Per-customer remit-to
A factored customer can print a different remit-to than the next customer on the list.
Per-unit rating
Flat, per mile, per ton, per pallet, per tub, or per hundredweight. The invoice prints the quantity and the rate.
Carrier rate confirmations
Generate the PDF from the load. Missing pickup or delivery dates block it. Email goes out only when you send it.
Customer tenders by email
Forward a shipper's tender. It lands as a draft broker load in the review queue.

Customer rate, carrier pay, and the margin
Book the shipper, cover it with a carrier, and see the margin on the load before anyone rolls. Carrier rate confirmations go out only when you send them.

Questions
Does this replace the carrier TMS?
No. Carriers stay on the carrier site. A brokerage uses the broker site. A company that does both can sign in on either one.
Will a carrier see my margin?
The public signing page shows the carrier their pay. It does not show the customer rate or the margin.
Do rate confirmations email themselves?
No. Generating a confirmation stores the PDF. Email is a separate button and uses the same outbound mail the rest of the app uses.
